Get 1-on-1 Coaching from the Career Coach Mentoring Network
The Career Coach Mentoring Network is a learning opportunity to connect Pre-ETS professionals to experienced coaches. Pairings are based on the learner’s areas of need and the mentor’s area of expertise. Coaching is available virtually or in-person to ensure you get the exact level of support you want.

Level Up Pre-ETS works hard to find the perfect mentor for your goals.
When you first join the Career Coach Mentoring Network, you’ll complete a pre-coaching screening to identify your areas of interest. We encourage you to talk with your supervisor to decide key growth areas prior to completing the screening assessment.
We review your screening results to match you with a mentor who is an expert in your growth area. Our coaches have experience in all areas of Pre-ETS, including:
Job exploration counseling
Workplace readiness training
Work-based learning experiences
Postsecondary education counseling
Instruction in self-advocacy
Collaborating with schools
Program design
And more
During sessions, your mentor will provide advice and record your progress. These notes will be shared with you and your supervisor, so you have precise feedback and your supervisor can provide the best support possible.
